BlackBerry 7 device listing shows up at FCC

A newly discovered listing at the FCC indicates a new BlackBerry 7 handset may be around the corner. While only the REA71UW designation is revealed, it doesn't specifically and readily identify a handset, leading some guesses. The listing does reveal AT&T 850/1,900MHz 3G network support and the choice of OS.

The device may turn out to be the upcoming Curve 9380 touchscreen phone. Its early, unconfirmed specs include an 800MHz Snapdragon processor, a 3.25-inch touchscreen display, and a five-megapixel camera with 720p video capture support, 1GB of built-in memory, and NFC hardware for short-range wireless payments and tags.

A smaller possibility involves the Porsche Design P'9881, which has been already officially unveiled, though this could just be the FCC listing catching up to the product. [via Engadget]
