Configurations start at $799

iBuyPower has introduced its latest gaming PC, the fourth iteration of the company's Chimera series. The mid-tower system is differentiated by the Chimera Inferno 4 case emblazoned with a "mythical fire-breathing beast," with room for three external drives, eight internal drives and a liquid cooling system helps dissipate heat from the 10- or 20-percent overclocking.

Customers can choose from a variety of customizable configurations, starting with AMD's quad-core FX-4100 processor and a 1GB AMD Radeon graphics card. Other options include Core i5 and i7 processors, and GeForce and Radeon graphics cards connected via SLI or CrossFireX.

The $799 Chimera 4-FX base model integrates 4GB of memory, a 64GB SSD and 10-percent overclocking. The higher-end Chimera 4-V1 configuration brings a Core i7-3930K processor, 8GB of RAM, and a 2GB Radeon graphics card.
