Motorola prepping a white Droid RAZR?

A screenshot taken from a Verizon inventory has given a hint that Motorola may be about to ship a rare white version of its Droid RAZR. Motorola may be looking to cash in on the popularity of the white iPhone 4 and 4S as well as the Samsung Galaxy S II variants that also come in white. HTC and LG also have white models, but if true, this would be one of the first Motorola smartphones to ship in a color other than black.

The Droid RAZR is just 0.28 inches at its thinnest point and uses Kevlad in its construction. Although using a 4.3-inch qHD Super AMOLED display, the device is wider than the 4.5-inch HTC Vivid, which helps to account for its thinness. It is powered by a dual-core 1.2GHz TI OMAP4430 processor and ships with the Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) OS.

A reader of Droid-Life, @theShuke, submitted a mock-up to the site illustrating what the model may look like (embedded below).
