Google image searches enhanced for tablets

Google continues to evolve the search experience on Android and iPad tablets by adding a new carousel viewing option for large images. Instead of flipping through pages of results, users can just scroll down an endless screen full of results. A full screen view lets them swipe to the next search result for a screen-filling image.

Users then get the option of tapping the web page preview, title, description or URL to take them to the site hosting the image.

The feature works on the iPad and Android tablets, and it should be available in more than 40 languages as of today.
