ThinkGeek create Electronic Drum Machine Shirt

The team at ThinkGeek have managed to pack a full-fledged drum pad into a t-shirt. The Electronic Drum Machine Shirt incorporates a real, working, yet wearable drum machine and looper that includes nine different drum kits, with seven professional grade drum sounds each. Wearers can create a loop and then build and layer beats over the top with unlimited tracks.

The shirt is capable of producing loops up to three minutes in length. Sounds can be chosen from banks labeled Rock Drums, Retro 808, Discotek, Techno Punk, Classic Jazz, Bass Invaders, Chiptune, Zapf Dingbeats and Scratchy. The shirt is also polyphonic capable and has the ability produce sound from all seven pads when all are hit at once.

The sounds can be heard through the included mini amp (that goes to 11), which also comes with a built-in analog audio output jack. What’s more, the shirt is also fully washable with the electronics and drum pads being removable. Four AA batteries are required, but not included in the $30 price.
