SwissCom tips Lumia 900 date as Batman 800 comes

Nokia's Lumia 900 might have inadvertently been given an anticipated release date in a conversation with SwissCom's support. The carrier claimed the flagship Windows Phone was targeted for the "end" of February. It would line up with rumors of the 4.3-inch phone either showing at CES or at Mobile World Congress, the latter of which also takes place in late February.

More immediately, Nokia has brought out a very rare special edition of the Lumia 800. The Dark Knight Edition is themed around Dark Knight Rises and has Batman's logo on the black-only color scheme. Accordingly, Nokia's hardware will have custom wallpaper of Bane and other characters, although it won't have a special color for the Windows Phone tiles.
