Mystery HTC Fireball pops up in Verizon system with 4G

HTC Fireball with 4G due at Verizon sometime soon

A leaked Verizon inventory screen makes mention of an upcoming HTC smartphone, the Fireball, Droid-Life learned. It would run on the carrier's 4G network, though little else is known. Its ADR6410L model number puts it in-between the Rezound and Thunderbolt, with their ADR6425 and ADR6400 model numbers, respectively. As such, features are expected to fall between these two.

The December 16 date in the leak is when the information was entered into the system and not a launch date for the device, however. If today's earlier report is right, this phone would be one of a smaller line-up of HTC devices due out next year, and may use Windows Phone 7, becoming one of the first with the OS to support 4G networks. That phone, however, was also billed for release at AT&T.
