Spotify launches full version of BlackBerry app

Spotify's BlackBerry app has exited the test stage and is now available to supporting hardware. Users can visit Spotify's mobile site from their browser to download the app, with Spotify offering a 48-hour free trial. After this period, they will need to either sign up for a 30-day trial or pay for the Spotify Premium subscription, which costs $10 per month in the US.

Supported phones are the Bold 9780, Bold 9700, Curve 9300, Bold 9000, and Curve 8520. Only GSM variants are supported, and the Torch 9800 is still not compatible for unknown reasons

The streaming music service lets users take their favorite playlists offline by caching them, although this needs either a larger amount of internal storage or a microSD card.
