Acer Iconia Tab A200 due in UK January 6

The recently introduced Iconia Tab A200 from Acer has just shown up at UK retailer Very in both black and red versions. The listing reveal the price of the 10.1-inch tablet to be £299 (about $470) after tax, with North American prices likely to be lower than that if it crosses over. Both are similar apart from color.

Android 3.2 is preloaded onto the dual-core Tegra 2 tablet, with storage a modest 8GB along with a two-megapixel, front-facing camera. There is 1GB of RAM as well, and Acer stated it will update the tablet to Android 4.0 in the future. What sets it apart from most popular Android tablets is the inclusion of a full-size USB port and a microSDHC card slot.

Very expects to ship the tablet by January 6, just two days before Acer holds an event at CES in Las Vegas. [via EuroDroid]
