Galaxy Nexus suffering random reboots

A number of owners of the Galaxy Nexus have reported random reboots with their smartphones on a UK Google mobile help forum. The cause of the problem isn't yet known, and the vast majority of the reported cases are of GSM versions, though some CDMA reports are also represented. The reboots happen in a variety of usage patterns, including when streaming music, playing games, or even when idle.

What's worse, the reboots are happening more frequently as time passes. Some say the random reboots occur in one-minute or 30-hour intervals. The Canadian version of the handset we tested doesn't suffer from the issue, at least not yet.

Google is aware of the problem and is investigating it.
