Nokia update with battery fix due in two weeks
(Update: starts today) Nokia just announced over Twitter that it will begin releasing the next software update for the Lumia 800 smartphone over the next two weeks. The second update for the handset is expected to resolve a battery issue. Some users can't see the 1,000mAh battery's full capacity.
Nokia has offered a replacement phone for those who did not want to wait for the battery issue fix. Other fixes and performance boosts are expected to arrive in the update as well, though exactly what they are isn't yet known.
Update: Nokia has followed up and says the update is already rolling out as of today, with the two weeks just being the point by which every owner should see it.
