Phone said ot be headed for North America

The Bluetooth industry association appears to have indirectly confirmed the existence of Nokia's Lumia 710 handset. The mystery device was first referenced in rumors ahead of CES, however Nokia has yet to make an official announcement.

The Bluetooth SIG documents suggest the device will feature a 3.7-inch touchscreen and a five-megapixel camera capable of recording HD video. The limited information does not shed any light on the differences between the basic Lumia 710 and the 719 variant.

Nokia is expected to introduce several new Lumia handsets later this month at Mobile World Congress. The Bluetooth SIG references availability in Asia, North America and South America, however a launch time-frame remains unclear. [via Unwired View]
