Samsung to release Galaxy B this summer?
Samsung will release a bezel-free smartphone as late as this summer, Korean paper Maeli Business reported. Thus far being referred to as the Galaxy B, the phone would just have the front glass panel visible when viewed head-on on its sides and bottom. Only a small section of the bezel will be visible atop the handset that would house a front-facing camera and earphone.
The handset would more than likely have an AMOLED touchscreen and be powered by Android. The news comes from unnamed company executives, who said the handset has been in development since some time last year. No tech specs are revealed, however, but a large screen is promised.
Whether Samsung will bring the phone to MWC next week remains to be seen. It could turn out to be the Samsung Galaxy S III, powered by a new Exynos processor, teased earlier this week. [via SlashGear]
