Motorola shows superior voice control performance
Motorola Mobility has released three videos that illustrate the performance advantage offered by Android Voice Actions compared to the iPhone 4S' Siri feature. The videos below, match up the iPhone 4S with Motorola's Atrix 2, Photon 4G, and Electrify, respectively, and different tasks assigned by voice operate quicker than Siri.
As either service depends on a network connection for speech recognition, processing, and showing the results, it's likely that Motorola's use of 4G networks is the sole reason for the performance differences.
It's therefore more than likely that the performance difference would be smaller, none, or in favor of the 4S had Motorola done the same tests using 3G phones. [via 9to5mac]

4G or 3G doesn't matter
Its still a fair comparison. Problem is that Motorola want to make a comparison that the iPhone will leapfrog once it makes the decision to go LTE. The all the comparisons Motorola made will make their already tanked sales tank even more.
its a dangerous game when you try and compare your products with someone elses. Apple did it but they were able to prove that their claims were not only true at the time but also they maintained their advantage. Motorola have no history of producing quality so will eventually and up with egg on their face.
