AMD adds two new Bulldozer processors

Quad-core FX-4170 and six core FX-6200
AMD announced it is adding two new processors to its Bulldozer lineup, the quad-core AMD FX-4170 and the six core AMD FX-6200. Both have 8MB of L3 cache and support up to DDR3-1866 RAM. The FX-4170 will run at 4.2 GHz, 4.3 GHz in Turbo mode, and have 4MB of L2 cache. The FX-6200 will be a 3.8/4.1GHz CPU with 6MB of L2 cache.
The CPUs will ship unlocked to ease overclocking.
AMD did not specify when the new CPUs would be available. The company stated that a "rolling timeline" would apply, meaning the processors would be available in some markets sooner than others. No price information was released.
AMD also announced that effective today, it was lowering prices on the eight core FX-8120 from its initial price of $222. Online retailers responded by adjusting prices down approximately 10 percent.
