Details of a Android 4.0.4 update changes leaked

The Wi-Fi version of Motorola's Xoom tablet, which recently got upgraded to Android 4.0.3, will soon get another update to 4.0.4. According to a tip sent into Droid-Life, the update, build number IMM76, speeds up the screen rotation, adds an option to immediately lock the screen with the power button, and delivers camera improvements, among others.

Phone numbers will also be better recognized, and the device's overall stability should be better. More EAS policies have been added into Microsoft Exchange, along with other improvements.

Exactly when the update will be pushed automatically isn't clear, but
a manual download (ZIP) will let early adopters update with a USB drive and booting into stock recovery mode to update.
