Windows Phone coming in three new Samsung phones
Samsung will launch three Windows Phone-powered smartphones this year, China's WP Dang claimed. At least one of them would be LTE-capable, and went through FCC testing last month under the previously mentioned Mandel codename. The handsets are thought due to arrive during the second half of the year.
The Mandel, or SGH-i667, will likely use Windows Phone 7.5 Refresh and a 480x800 display. Unfortunately, no details on the other two phones was gleaned, other than they may run on Windows Phone 8, otherwise known as Apollo. This means they'd be in stores later than the Mandel.
Samsung has two Windows Phone handsets on the market, the Focus S (shown above) and the Omnia W, known as the Focus Flash in the US. [via Unwired View]
