Moto Droid RAZR HD spotted in China

Upgraded RAZR seen running Android 4.0
Rumors of an updated Motorola RAZR received a bit more support today, with the emergence of several photos purporting to show the Droid RAZR HD running Android 4.0. The photos show the RAZR HD and its 720p screen in addition to a previously unannounced Motorla handset.
An update to the latest version of Android has long been rumored for Motorola's existing RAZR line, though the update, originally scheduled for April 4, was delayed with no word of a new arrival date.
The photos out of China, though blurry, show the RAZR HD alongside a smaller, as yet unknown Motorola model believed to be a Chinese market exclusive. [via Android Community]
