updated 07:25 pm EDT, Wed May 2, 2012

Chargers for iPhone, iPad, mini-USB devices

Accessory maker Hammacher Schlemmer is currently shipping an oxford woven cloth business case. An included 6000 mAh lithium-ion battery can charge an iPhone up to three times before requiring a 3.5-hour charge itself.

The case measures 16 inches wide, 13 inches high, 5.5 inches deep with an unloaded weight of 3.5 pounds. Other features include a padded sleeve that protects up to a 15-inch laptop, a dedicated tablet pocket, and eight other various-sized pockets to hold other devices or office supplies. Charging ports include the Apple-standard 30-pin iDevice cable plus micro-, mini- and standard USB.

The device charging business case is available now for $150.

    Hey, great idea!

Why carry around a puny little replaceable battery in your pocket,
when you can carry this huge bag and look for an outlet!

    Great product!

Since the battery inside can charge your phone 3X, all you need to do is plug in your phone into the bag when you need a charge. You can then plug in the bag when you get to your destination instead of hunting for an outlet when you travel.

Now, if they would add the ability to charge your laptop as well, that would make for a traveler's dream!
