GoPro intros Dive housing for dives up the nearly 200 feet

GoPro Dive housing now available for pre-order
GoPro has just announced that its Dive Housing is now available for pre-order. Compatible with all GoPro HD cameras, the housing is waterproof up to 197 feet (60m). The flat glass lens is said to offer sharpness and no vignetting effect.
Included with the housing is a protective lens cap and assorted mounting hardware. The announcement comes two weeks after competitor Contour released its Roam Watersports kit that also includes a 200-feet underwater housing. That option is offered only as part of a $250 kit that includes the camera as well.
GoPro's housing costs $50 and is estimated to ship on May 17.
