75-inch screen half thickness of others, 0.3-inch bezel

Samsung has put a 75-inch LCD TV up for sale in South Korea. The ES9000, previously mentioned at the Samsung CES press event in January, is a full HD Smart TV with a claimed 30-percent sharper image from the "Diamond Black" panel, with a comparatively thin build and a 0.3-inch bezel featuring a rose-gold appearance.

A push-up built-in camera, branded "Secret Camera," brings voice and gesture recognition capabilities as well as the potential for video conferencing. A wireless dock provides the network connection for its Smart TV applications including Smart Contents and Smart Evolution, and a separate keyboard for data entry is an optional extra.

South Koreans can get the display for 19.8 million Won ($17,500), similar to the launch price of the 75-inch D9500 predecessor last year. Other markets to receive the ES9000 have not been announced as of yet, but the price is unlikely to change based on reports that Samsung is to enforce minimum HDTV prices. [via The Verge]

    Nice model

Those Sammy guys can't produce anything without copying others, but when it comes to selecting models to sell their gear, noone comes near.
