First mouse with detachable external fan shows up, prices and dates TBA

Ttesports by Thermaltake has just unveiled a Black Element Cyclone gaming mouse that's unique in that it has an add-on fan to cool gamers' hands. It can be removed, however, and used as a more traditional mouse. The 30mm fan is somewhat quiet as well, operating at a claimed 21.7dB.

The mouse requires a cable to power the fan, which also spins at up to 6,000RPM. More traditional specs include a 6,500dpi sensor and a choice of five colors from the built-in LEDs that the user can select at the push of a button. Users can also weigh it down thanks to included weights, with five 4.5 gram weights (for a total of 22.5 grams) included.

When the mouse will launch or what it will cost hasn't yet been revealed.
