Personalized sharing to come to Viper 4G LTE
LG announced today the US launch of LG QuickMemo, a new software offering aimed at allowing users to personalize the content they share through their mobile phones. QuickMemo will roll out on LG's Viper 4G LTE smartphone, with additional LG devices gaining access to the software later this year. QuickMemo will be available on the Viper 4G LTE starting on July 16 through an over-the-air update.
QuickMemo will allow for users to draw on content without the need for a stylus. Users can also add handwritten notes to maps, photos, and screenshots. User-modified content can then be shared through social media platforms, text message, or email.
The Viper 4G LTE is available from Sprint starting at $100 with a two-year contract. The phone features a 4-inch, 480x800 touchscreen, dual-core processor running at 1.2GHz, and a 5MP rear camera paired with a VGA front unit. Inside, the Viper has 4GB of storage, though users can expand storage to 32GB with a microSDHC card.
