LG IPS7 Series monitors use near invisible bezel

LG IPS7 offers direct connection with for mobile phones
LG has introduced its new IPS7 Series of monitors that are highlighted by a near invisible bezel at just 1.2mm (.025-inch) thin. The new monitors use IPS technology for wide viewing angles and more consistent color representation. They come in 23-inch and 27-inch iterations although both are limited to a 1920x1080 resolution, but they also come with support for mobile high-definition link (MHL) out of the box.
Although the monitors don't feature a WQHD resolution (2560x1440) that is typically preferred by photographers and graphic design professionals, they come with hardware color calibration capabilities built-in. They use a 16:9 aspect ratio and are rated at 250nit for brightness, while both displays are also capable of a 5ms response time. Color is also limited to 8-bit.
The LG IPS7 Series will first become available in South Korea, China and Hong Kong with a the displays rolling out to international markets over the next few months. Pricing has not been detailed at the time of writing.
