Premium headset sports Dolby surround

Sennheiser has introduced two new headset options targeting gamers. The new headsets include a premium option with Dolby technology integrated and another option priced to appeal to entry-level gamers. The new headsets are available for purchase on Sennheiser's site.

The PC 323D incorporates 7.1 Dolby Headphone and Dolby ProLogic IIx sound. The CircleFlex design of the 323D allows it to adjust automatically to a user's head. The headset comes with its own 3D G4ME1 7.1 USB sound card attached, and the open-acoustic design of the headset is built to keep gamers' heads cool through hours of play. Volume controls are located on the right ear cup, and the headset's microphone contains noise-canceling technology.

The PC 310 features the same noise-canceling microphone and open-acoustic design as the PC 323D. Also like the 323D, users can mute the microphone on the 310 by simply raising the boom arm. The PC 310 retails for $60 on Sennheiser's site, while the PC 323D is available for $160.
