Droid 4 gets Android 4.0
The Droid 4 has had its build of Android 4.0 approved, and the update is now available for users. The update brings improved battery management, better multitasking, and better camera functions. Asus Transformer Pad TF300 gets Android 4.1
An over-the-air update is now available for the Transformer Pad TF300. The update bring the most current version of Google's Android operating system -- version 4.1.1 Jelly Bean -- to owners of the TF300. Jelly Bean brings a whole host of upgrades, including Google Now, a smoother user interface, and a number of other features. Users upgrading will find, though, that Adobe Flash is no longer supported. Wifi Direct is also said to have decreased functionality. [via Android Central]
