AMD adds 3.8 GHz FX-4130 to Bulldozer line

Many AMD processors given price cuts simultaneously
AMD is deploying a new addition to the FX-series of processor for desktops. Furthermore, the processor manufacturer has lowered prices on 13 processors. The new FX-4130 is a quad-core offering, with a base speed of 3.8Ghz and a "turbo" speed of 3.9Ghz with a 125W thermal design power.
The processor has 4MB of dedicated L2 cache, with a 4MB L3 cache. As with the rest of the FX line, the processor fits in motherboards with a AM3+ socket. The processor is available at retail this week for $112.
Today's price cuts include the liquid-cooled FX-8150 down to $251, FX-8150 without liquid cooling for $183, FX-8120 for $153, FX-8120 to $153, FX-6200 for $132, FX-6100 for $112, FX-4170 for $122, FX-4130 for $112, FX-4100 down to $101, A8 3870K Black edition for $101, A8 3850 at $91, A6 3670K Black edition for $80, A6 3650 to $77, A6 3500 for $67, A4 3400 for $48, and the A4 3300 for $46.
