Phablet may launch on multiple carriers, Samsung silent

Samsung's recently-revealed Galaxy Note II will be coming to AT&T at least when it launches in the United States later this year. The South Korean manufacturer has been less than forthcoming with details on the North American launch of the Galaxy Note II, but BriefMobile uncovered screenshots showing the device running on AT&T's network, with variants for other carriers expected to follow soon after. Information on a North American launch window for the successor to Samsung's popular phablet remains unavailable.

The Note II will run on AT&T's 4G LTE network. Aside from the carrier information, the screenshots confirm some information Samsung had previously released when it debuted the international model of the Note II. The device will run Android 4.1.1 and has a screen resolution of 720x1280. In addition to AT&T, sources believe claim that the new Note will appear on T-Mobile, Bell Canada, and Sprint.
