Leaked LG Escape to get Android 4.0, dual-core CPU, large-capacity battery

A new handset from LG has been leaked thanks to EVLeaks. The Android 4.0-powered device reportedly uses a 4.3-inch qHD touchscreen (that's 960x540) and gets a dual-core, 1.2GHz processor of unspecified origin. It's also said there is a five-megapixel main camera, an NFC chip, and a large-capacity, 2,150mAh battery.

The phone is billed to be released by AT&T and support its LTE network. One thing that's not certain is a price tag or release date. A very similar handset going by the P870 model name showed up at the FCC last month and if it's the same one as the Escape, it should be out fairly soon.

Also, LG is set to unveil its most powerful flagship handset sometime in September, powered by a quad-core Snapdragon S4 processor.
