RAZR M now available at Verizon stores

Motorola's RAZR M smartphone is now shipping at Verizon. Touted as the most compact 4.3-inch 4G LTE handset on the market by its maker, the phone costs $100 on a two-year contract and after a $50 mail-in rebate. The handset sports a 1.5GHz, dual-core Snapdragon S4 with 1GB of RAM.

Otherwise, there is Android 4.0.4 onboard the 8GB of built-in storage, though a microSD memory card slot allows for adding up to 32GB more space. There is also a Kevlar backplate, which is becoming a signature design feature of RAZR-branded handsets. The thin bezel virtually disappears when the phone is powered on.

The phone will be available in either black or white.
