updated 09:44 am EDT, Thu September 20, 2012

Download arrives after AllShare Cast hub launch

Samsung Galaxy S III owners on T-Mobile will be getting a copy of The Avengers at no charge. The movie is being made available at the same time as a number of features are being added to the handset, including the ability to use AllShare Cast and the AllShare Cast Wireless Hub over the carrier's 4G network.

Subscribers with the Galaxy S III can get hold of the film on the same day as its DVD and Blu-ray release date in the US, the 25th of September. Open to new customers to T-Mobile as well as existing users, the download can be made through the Samsung Media Hub on the phone.

Last seen passing through the FCC in April, the AllShare Cast Wireless Hub will connect to any HDMI-capable TV, and allow any content to be shared from the phone onto the bigger screen. The hub is set to go on sale from September 24th, and will cost $100.
