4G hotspot has 2.8-inch color touchscreen

AT&T announced today that it would be the exclusive carrier of the MiFi Liberate, the first mobile hotspot with a touchscreen display. The MiFi Liberate, from Novatel Wireless, will connect to AT&T's 4G LTE network, and it will support up to 10 Wi-Fi devices. AT&T has yet to reveal when the device will become available, but it is currently listed as "coming soon."

The MiFi Liberate boasts a 2.8-inch touchscreen allowing users to set up the device, manage connected devices, change network and device settings, and view data usage. Its battery will offer up to 11 hours of continuous use, and its global-ready internals allow for connectivity in more than 200 countries.
