updated 10:05 am EDT, Tue October 2, 2012

Includes sub $1000 60-inch Full HD smart TV

Vizio has added a new line-up of sleek and slim Smart HDTVs to its roster, just in time for the holiday season. The six new televisions include options from the E-Series and M-Series ranging from 55-inches to 70-inches, with and without 3D, as well as a 58-inch 21:9 Cinemawide Class LED TV with 3D capabilities.

The E-Series Razor units are 2D-only sets with a new thin bezel and edge-lit by LED, and come in two sizes: 60-inch and 70-inch. The M-Series includes a 55-inch model and both 2D-only and 3D versions of the 65-inch television. All of the displays connect to a network by Wi-Fi, and use Vizio Internet Apps to stream content from Netflix, Amazon Instant Video, VUDU, Hulu, and others, and the remote control has a keyboard on the reverse side to help with navigation.

All of the HDTVs will go on sale this quarter, starting from $950 for the 55-inch M-Series and rising to $2,000 for the 58-inch 21:9 with 3D and the 70-inch E-Series.
