Diamond Multimedia rolls out USB 3.0 dual monitor adapter

New Diamond Multimedia 1080P set top box also revealed
Graphic card manufacturer Diamond Multimedia introduced today an addition to the Dual View line of products and PC to TV adapter. The DV100 is a USB 3.0 to DVI /HDMI 1080P external dual video card and display adapter for multiple monitors. The WPCTVPRO is a set-top box allowing for video and audio playback from a computer to a television, including support for popular media streaming services
The DV100 external video display has one HDMI port and one DVI port, making the adapter compatible with all flat screen display monitors. With integrated HDMI, six channel audio, 1080p streaming, and a dual head output, the DV100 streamlines dual monitor display setups using the USB 3.0 interface. The DV100 is available for $80.
In addition to the DV100, Diamond Multimedia announced the WPCTVPRO, a wireless PC to TV streaming device. This wireless HDMI PC to TV adapter and six channel HD 5.1 audio adapter streams 1080p HDto a television and allows users to view movies from Hulu, Netflix, Boxee, iTunes and YouTube through a Wi-Fi connection. The WPCTVPRO retails for $130.
