Seido OBEX protects Samsung Galaxy S III from submergence, falls

Seidio has announced its OBEX case for the Samsung Galaxy S III. The case is claimed to exceed the requirements for an IP68 rating, making it dust-proof and can protect against continuous submersion in 6-foot deep water for 30 minutes. It has also passed military requirements, surviving drops at multiple angles from a height of 6 feet, thanks to its polycarbonate and thermoplastic polyurethane construction. The OBEX is on sale for $90, and is expected to ship in the coming weeks.
