Mid-range offering out on all major UK networks
Samsung has revealed the street date for the Galaxy S III Mini in the UK. The smaller four-inch follow-up to the company's flagship handset will be going on sale from Thursday 8th November, and will be available across all major networks, high street shops, and other retailers at the same time.
Sporting a 1GHz dual-core processor supported by 1GB of RAM, the Galaxy S III Mini arrives with the TouchWiz-enabled version of Jelly Bean seen on its larger stablemate. The rear 8-megapixel camera of the original has been replaced by a 5-megapixel model, and retains many of the same features. BlueTooth 4.0, GPS, Wi-Fi, NFC, and S Voice all make an appearance in the mid-range handset.
Despite the UK release, Samsung has yet to confirm if and when the Galaxy S III Mini will be sold by US carriers. A price is still not currently known.
