LTE iPad mini already shipping, some shipments due Thursday

Tablets en route earlier than expected
The LTE iPad mini should arrive on some US doorsteps as soon as November 15th, according to new tracking notices for online orders. Nevertheless, other orders are only set to arrive on the 16th, and still more are due after the weekend, on the 19th. In all cases the Mini is beating a November 21st target initially offered by Apple.
AT&T is expected to start selling the LTE Mini on Friday, presumably alongside other retailers, including Apple. The carrier is offering a $100 discount for tablet buyers who sign up for a two-year contract, even when using the $10 tablet add-on package for a Mobile Share plan.
