Nokia sells, leases back head office building

Nokia announced today that it had completed the sale and lease-back of its head office building in Espoo, Finland. The embattled phone maker sold the Espoo building to Exilion, having originally announced the transaction on December 4 of this year. Nokia will continue to occupy the facility, but the proceeds from the sale will generate much needed revenue for the phone maker as it attempts to gain back market share in the smartphone sector.

Retina-X Studios today announced the launch of PhoneSheriff 2.0, which allows parents to monitor and block content coming onto smartphones in real time.
