TwelveSouth releases BookBook case for iPad mini
Boutique accessory maker TwelveSouth, which specializes in Mac and iDevice accessories, has revealed its new BookBook case for the iPad mini. The new BookBook for the iPad mini follows on from the original BookBook designs, which were inspired by comments made by the late Apple co-founder Steve Jobs about making a computer like a book. When zipped and enclosed the BookBook protective leather case gives the appearance that the user is carrying an old novel.
The new BookBook for iPad mini incorporates a spine that allows users to hold their iPad mini without fingers blocking the screen, while it can also be shaped to create a wedge stand for optimal onscreen typing or placed upright for viewing movies. The BookBook weighs in at 7.5 ounces and comes in black, red, brown in a hand-distressed leather ensuring no two look the same.
The interior is made of a soft, sueded, lining that helps to give the iPad mini additional protection, while dual-zippers will allow the iPad mini to be charged when in the case. The TwelveSouth BookBook for iPad mini is available now for $70.

Smart idea, yet I believe this was inspired by a laptop case you can buy that look like you are carrying newspapers; it's been out for quite awhile.... I think these are all good ideas.
