Shows 4.7-inch screen, on-screen home, back buttons

Photographs of a Huawei Android device rumored to be announced at Mobile World Congress have surfaced, one month after the Ascend P1 became available in the US. The unofficial images of the Ascend P2 show how thin the device is, with it's thickness rumored to be between 6.5mm (0.26 inches) and 8.4mm (0.33 inches), as well as having a 4.7-inch full HD screen.

The images from QQ Tech appear to show the Ascend P2 as having the same home and back buttons as the Ascend D2, and is said to house a quad-core 1.8GHz processor supported by 2GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage expandable via microSD, a 2,200mAh battery, and a 13-megapixel rear-facing camera.

It is said that the Ascend P2 will cost around 3,000 yuan ($480), though details of it's release schedule remain scarce. More details are likely to be revealed at Mobile World Congress at the end of the month.
