Version 2 of the software provides several UI, usability improvements
Acclivity today announced AccountEdge Basic 2 for Mac and Windows. The new version of the accounting application includes improvements to sales, banking, and customer management, in addition to other features designed to make small business owners' bookkeeping tasks easier.
The current revision of the program adds improved bank statement import, with a more streamlined and intuitive user interface to accomplish the task; supplements financial statements with new profit and loss reports; has the ability to back up online and offsite with a Dropbox account, and bolsters the mileage tracking module AccountEdge Mobile 2 allows users of the suit to accept credit cards direct from an iOS device.
AccountEdge Basic is available through the AccountEdge website and other retailers. AccountEdge Basic is priced at $99 for new users, and $79 for upgraders.
