Rumor: more Motorola X Phone details, render, appear online

X Phone said to house Tegra 4i processor, 4.7-inch screen

A new image and specifications of a rumored Motorola handset have appeared online, days before Samsung is expected to announce the Galaxy S 4. The new details allege the Google-backed X Phone as a device using an Nvidia Tegra 4i processor, a quad-core chip running at 2.3GHz and using ARM's Cortex-A9 architecture.

Further details picked up by Android World through an unnamed source suggest that the X Phone will have a 4.7-inch Full HD touchscreen display, a 16-megapixel rear-facing camera, and a case that is just 1mm thinner than the HTC One. The front-facing camera will apparently use a 5-megapixel sensor, and will perform eye-tracking, allowing for auto-scrolling of websites and messages.

The image accompanying the report shows what could be a render instead of a photograph of the phone, along with the heading "Motorola NXT." It is possible that this could be made by parties that have nothing to do with the fabled device, considering the single unnamed source.

Previous rumors placed the X Phone as being a "game changer" with software that "pulls together Google services like no other manufacturer has done in the past," and that it could be accompanied by an X Tablet.
