Sceptre enables MHL connections with 2013 HDTV line

HDTV and PC display manufacturer Sceptre has added Mobile High-Definition Link (MHL) to a number of models in its 2013 line of LED HD televisions. A number of models, starting from 32-inches and going up to 58-inches, will now connect to a compatible smartphone over a cable, and will not only display the phone's screen and stream any accompanying audio, but also charge the phone at the same time, using a single cable.

Google fights with Language Council of Sweden over word definition

The Language Council of Sweden has removed a word effectively meaning "ungoogleable" from a list of words set to be added to the Swedish dictionary, after Google demanded a change of definition. Google wanted the term "ogooglebar" to describe searches using Google itself, instead of its current meaning which covers things that cannot be found online through using any search engine, according to Sverges Radio. Previously, Google has prevented companies from adding the name to dictionaries in an effort to protect its trademark.
