Google+ Games closing on June 30th, game data migrating to other platforms
Google is shuttering its Google+ Games service on June 30th. Users of the service, used to play games on the Google social network, will be able to migrate some of their game data to an "alternative destination site," including in-game purchases and credits that may have already been purchased. Though not directly mentioning it as the reason for its closure, the new Google Play game services are referred to on the product support page explaining the closure.
