Huawei has attempted to bridge the gap between the smartphone and tablet with its own take on the phablet. The Ascend Mate touts a large 6.1-inch display and an equally-sized 4,050mAh battery, but is the screen too big to be practical, and does its mid-ranged specifications dampen its appeal?
