Asus shows 23-inch ET2311, 27-inch ET2702 all-in-one PC systems

Optional multitouch, HDMI in and out ports on both AIO machines

Asus has unveiled two new All-in-One PCs at Computex, with both computers having large screens and options to add five-point or ten-point multi-touch controls to the system. The 23-inch ET2311 offers a 1080p full HD IPS display, while the ET2702 uses a larger 27-inch widescreen IPS display with a WQHD resolution of 2560x1440.

The ET2311 uses Intel Core i5 processors with optional Nvidia GeForce GT 740M graphics, while the larger ET2702 opts for fourth-generation Core i5 and i7 processors and AMD Radeon HD 8890A graphics. Wi-Fi, USB 3.0, HDMI In and Out ports, and an external 2.1-channel speaker set-up are also included in both devices, with the ET2702 also adding Thunderbolt connections. Storage in the ET2311 is said to be made up of hard drive capacities up to 3TB or a combination of a 128GB SSD and a 1TB drive, and while it it isn't mentioned in the ET2702, it is likely to have similar storage options.

While Asus has not provided details for release dates or prices of the two systems, Engadget reports that the ET2702 with a Core i7-4770 processor, 16GB of RAM, 2TB storage, and a Blu-ray drive will be shipping in late July or early August to the US for around $2000.
