WWDC keynote to be streamed over Apple TV, Apple Events page

updated 08:08 am EDT, Mon June 10, 2013

Live WWDC keynote stream for Apple TV confirmed, web stream expected

Apple will be allowing owners of its Apple TV the ability to watch the keynote at the Worldwide Developer Conference later today, as well as through its Apple Events page. The stream will be available to view through the Apple Events channel later today, which has been rebranded with the purple WWDC logo specially for the keynote, and it also provides access to previously-recorded keynotes and events.

The last time the channel was used for such an event was in October last year, when Apple revealed the iPad mini, refreshed MacBook and Mac lines, and updates to iBooks.

The keynote will begin at 10am Pacific time, 1pm Eastern, and MacNN and Electronista will be providing coverage and analysis on all of the keynote announcements, as well as WWDC itself.
