Dual-SIM capacity, microSD expansion suggests Chinese device shown
The rumored HTC One Max may have a 5.9-inch screen, according to new leaked photographs of the device. Images allegedly showing the followup to the HTC One are accompanied by claims that the larger smartphone will have a 1080p display, along with a number of other upgrades to the specifications list of its predecessor.
Taiwanese site ePrice say that it will have a 2.3GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor with 2GB of RAM and a 3,300mAh battery, along with 16GB of storage. The UltraPixel camera sensor remains the same, along with the distinctive grill design of the original. This version is also said to have space for two SIM cards, something which is fairly standard for smartphones heading to China, and the ability to expand the memory by microSD, something that is notably absent in most versions of the HTC One.
Rumors suggest that the HTC One Max will make an appearance in September, with a launch at the German IFA event.
