Wikipad reaches United Kingdom with controller dock, price increase
The Wikipad Android tablet is making its way to the United Kingdom next month, long after its expected launch alongside the US model. The tablet, with a Tegra 3 processor, 1GB of RAM, a 7-inch 1280x800 IPS display, and 16GB of storage, will be bundled with its dockable controller at launch. It will go on sale from September 27th for £250 ($390), an increase in price from the $250 US model.
YouTube video response option going dark on September 12th
Google is removing the Video Response option from YouTube, after it was found to have a click-through rate of 0.0004 percent, according to the YouTube creators blog. The YouTube team suggests that, once it is removed on September 12th, video creators should ask viewers to respond to videos by using specific titles or hashtags, so they can be found by searching for them.
