New chipset brings power conservation, power to line
Custom gaming PC manufacturer CyberPower today announced its ZeusBook Ultimate series, its thinnest and lightest 17-inch gaming notebook, with the Intel "Haswell" processor. The ZeusBook Ultimate measures less than an inch thick and weighs less than six pounds -- considered slender for a gaming-oriented laptop.
The system features the Intel Core i7-4700HQ Haswell processor running at 2.4GHz, with "turbo boost" up to 3.4Ghz. Video is provided by the Nvidia GeForce GTX765M with 2GB of GDDR5 VRAM, capable of supporting Super HD 3840 x 2160 resolution externally, which is four-times the resolution of a Full HD display. The display is a 17.3-unch 1920x1080 anti-reflective LED display.
With performance powered by the latest NVIDIA GeForce GTX 765M gaming grade graphics and the newest Intel Core i7 "Haswell" processor, the ZeusBook Ultimate is capable of handling the most graphically intensive and system demanding games. Microsoft Windows 8 Pro (64 Bit Edition) comes pre-loaded.
Base price for the ZeusBook Ultimate 100 is $1,429. All CyberPower PC gaming notebook systems include a one-year limited warranty.
